दानं दमश्च यज्ञश्च
This is hereby to kindly remind all of you of the car festival of Bhagwan Jagannath which we have been organising successfully since 1979 under the aegis of SNSS presided over by Ravindra Nath Pradhan.
It has been our ceaseless commitment which we adhere to with all our vigour and enthusiasm. This is not an ordinary function that concerns itself with any mundane happiness on the contrary it is a celestial one that disburses a divine delight all around.
This heavenly delight is not a subject of either higgling or bombasting. It is purely a matter of self introspection. Once someone attains it, he, meanwhile, forgets everything profane on the whole , It is an unprecedented captivating occasion which occurs only once a year. It will be the worth while for you to observe it come what may.
We celebrate the chariot Journey festival of Bhagwan with the completely exulting fervour. We will take out a grand procession performing cultural programmes. The arrangement will be elaborately planned. Everything will be in system lest you should have any inconvenience, you will automatically analyse our management as soon as you participate. The temple Administration will provide “Mahaprasad” through a feast.
We would like to invite you co-ordially , please witness the divine festival. This extended invitation to you is not a formal at all, on the contrary totally informal. As such, do come on the eve of this magnificent fete. We must be convinced that the overall panorma of the car festival dispel our grief and delirium and at the same time, we will be proceeding on the path of progress.
One more thing, as we want to highlight. Please donate generously for the successful conclusion of this pious festival.
It is an already established principle that donation is an uncomparable noble act. Such a righteous assistance will inevitably bring heaps of happiness for you, your family and the entire society as a whole. We confide in you that your benefaction will be all time fructifying for your destiny.
Earlier too, you have contributed a lot as but for your generous cooperation, whether it be physical or financial, such a grand function would not have been possible for which we thank you all with all humility.
This time too, your monetary contribution as charity will consolidate our morale so that we will strive with all the more vigour to organise Bhagwan’s festival.
We will see off Bhagwan accompanying and celebrating cultural programmes thoroughly at the time of his departure. Since, it is a nine day festival, we will devotedly receive him on the 9th day. He will be again coronated on his Jemstudded altar( रत्नवेदी ).
Greeting you all , We once again solicit your becoming presence, You will surely realise here as though it were the car festival of Puri dham. May Bhagwan Jagannath bless us all.
