I hereby contribute Rs. 1500 (Rupees one Thousand Five Hundred) only towards permanent “BHOG FUND” of Sree Jagannath Temple established by Shree Neelachala Seva Sangha, Delhi. The amount will remain either in a FIXED DEPOSIT or in any other form of investment permitted under the Trust Act. The annual interest received on this amount will be utilized for offering Bhoga to Lord Jagannath and other Deities on the mentioned occasion.
This contribution is subject to the condition that the amount will not be utilized for any other purpose except for keeping the same in fixed deposit as stated above and the accrued annual interest there from will be used for offering Bhoga to Lord Jagannath and other Deities in the name of the person mentioned above.
